Carl Friedrich von Stechow

Real Estate Entrepreneurship and Investment

Carl von Stechow is a Real Estate Entrepreneur. He holds a stake in a brokerage in Schleswig-Holstein and invests with family offices in residential real estate across Germany. His career includes stations at Engel & Völkers, Pamera Real Estate and VIVUM GmbH. He founded the crowdinvesting platform ZINSLAND, initiated the 2019 merger with Exporo AG and joined its executive board. He served for over eight years as board member of the German Platform for Innovation e. V.

Nilas Möllenkamp

AI and real estate

Nilas Möllenkamp is an expert on the use of artificial intelligence in real estate. He comes from the industry and combines real estate practice with a clear focus on digital processes, automation and AI applications along the value chain. After BNP Paribas Real Estate, he has been with the AI PropTech syte since 2022, helping real estate companies translate data and technology into concrete decisions. He works as a speaker, lecturer and workshop leader at IREBS Immobilienakademie, ADI Akademie, BDB and ZIA Akademie.

Jonas Schuppler

Investment and digital business models

Jonas Schuppler is a real estate entrepreneur and co-founder of Eight Estates. After stations in the real estate industry, including Cube Real Estate, he founded the investment platform Eight Estates, which combines residential real estate investments with software, digital access and structured club-deal solutions. He is engaged on the Management Board of FORE (Future of Real Estate). His focus is on digital business models, transparent investment structuring and new technologies at the intersection of real estate and market communication.

Timo Schroeder is a tech entrepreneur in construction and real estate, speaker and digital architect. After experience at chairs of RWTH Aachen, in architectural practices, as a consultant and BIM manager, he founded a digital architectural studio in 2021 and the AI PropTech rehub in 2022. He uses his experience in building digital business models and leading hybrid teams to help companies set themselves up for the future with AI, agile structures and a digital strategy. He regularly appears as a keynote speaker on AI, digitalisation and organisational development.
